Drive is very noisy and proper drivers are not available. Wires coming from the USB PCA board at the front of the computer are routed to a set of USB pins on the motherboard. That should get you going in the right direction. Close Device Manager and restart the computer. Inspect those carefully. Updating the drivers don't quite work.
