It's interesting as I'd already done exactly as you described with the Windows 7 DVD / Repair Console and it didn't work - it complained that the version on the DVD Is there anyone out there that really knows how to run a dual boot with just one hard drive? Windows XP professional gives the above error. This will attempt to make Windows bootable again.
